Whitening For Life!

I know it sounds too good to be true. But it is here and available now as a courtesy and privilege for patients of Eunson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. This program is a gift and is extended to our patients that are already taking their dental health seriously. It is also an excellent incentive for those who need a little help keeping up with their dental care. We believe it is extremely important to maintain recommended hygiene care appointments and receive necessary dental treatment to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile.

What You Get:

So here are the program details. In order to qualify, we will require a couple of things from our patients and we'll get to those in a second. First, the multiple benefits of becoming a member of the program.
  1. You will receive one set of custom fabricated upper and lower trays with a full whitening starter kit and pay a one-time set-up fee of $450
  2. At every 6 month cleaning and checkup appointment, you will receive one refill of the whitening solution absolutely FREE!
  3. You are eligible for $100 off ZOOM! (in-office whitening procedure that can whiten your teeth in about an hour).  Including this discount, the current fee for ZOOM! Whitening is $625.
  4. You will receive 10% off any future cosmetic treatments, such as veneers or smile makeovers.
Now that we've talked about all that you get, you are probably wondering, "What's the Catch?” Really there isn't much of a "catch". Mostly our requirements are the things you should normally be doing to have and maintain a healthy mouth. Whitening is an amazing process but we don't allow our patients to whiten before we help them have healthy teeth. What good would it be to whiten decayed teeth or teeth that are going to fall out?

What We Require:

New Patient Activation Rules and Regulations
  1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Must become a patient of Eunson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry by completing an initial dental cleaning, routine x-rays, doctor's exam and re-appoint for six month re-care.
  3. Must comply with minimum required dental care as treatment-planned by doctor.*
  4. After all necessary dental treatment has been completed; patient will have impressions taken for professional whitening system.
  5. Upon next appointment, patient will receive Professional Teeth Whitening package.
  6. Must not have any outstanding bills with Eunson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
Lifetime Maintenance Rules & Regulations
  1. Must maintain minimum continued care as treatment planned and appointed by Eunson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, it's doctors and staff.*
  2. Must maintain continued hygiene care (six month hygiene) appointments.
  3. Must comply with all Eunson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry policies regarding payment and broken appointments.
  4. A maximum of one whitening solution refill will be rewarded at each re-care appointment (twice annually, typically every 6 months.)
  5. Lost or destroyed applicator trays will be replaced at cost to patient (currently $49 each.)
*All patients will receive their whitening package upon completion of all necessary dental treatment as determined by the dentist. Minimum gum and teeth health required to receive professional whitening in order to prevent complications that may arise with unhealthy teeth and gums.
