Second, we are excited to announce that we will be using new communication software, DI Engagement, so you may see a new phone number coming from our office. The platform is very slick with a robust set of features and user-friendly interface that will improve how we engage with you! It includes an online scheduling feature that is better than any system we've had before. We encourage you to click here to learn more about the patient mobile app. It will give you full visibility into your paperwork, appointments, and reminders. When filling out your forms, on the bottom right, there is a plus sign you can click to make the font bigger so that it's perfect for you! It is a great educational and clinical tool that we provide at no additional charge for our patients. We can monitor things that are sometimes hard to measure, track tooth movement and wear, and see how your teeth interact with each other.
Finally, do you have any updates to your dental insurance? Kim, Ashley and Jess, our administrative team, work hard on your behalf to help navigate and process your dental insurance. If you have any updates, please share this information by calling 610.558.1977 before your appointment. We verify and research each person's benefits to help avoid surprises and to reduce your out of pocket expenses. While dental benefits are a contract between the subscriber/patient and the insurance company, we strive to provide you with the best estimate of anticipated insurance reimbursements.
